The 2023 Annual Conference Journal is a record of the actions and data of the Western North Carolina Conference as of a particular point in time. We present this year's journal in two volumes, with Volume I containing reports, minutes, events, and more, and the 2022 statistical reports comprising Volume II (which will be shared in the near future).
